Celebrating International Day of the Girl Child 2025

In celebration of the International Day of the Girl Child 2025, themed
“The Girl I Am, The Change I Lead: Girls on the Front lines of Crisis,”
girls from Partners for Girls Africa Foundation visited women at Busia
Prisons for an inspiring day of engagement and encouragement.

Through interactive discussions and shared experiences, the girls
promoted compassion, resilience, and leadership, highlighting the power
of women and girls to inspire positive change even in challenging
circumstances.

The visit reflected the Foundation’s commitment to nurturing confident,
empowered girls who advocate for equality, dignity, and a more inclusive
future for all.
